Morris Gleitzman is one of the English-speaking world's most prolific authors of children's and young adult fiction. He has also collaborated on children's books with another Australian children's author, Paul Jennings and has published collections of his newspaper columns. Prior to turning to full-time children's fiction, Morris was a long-term television comedy writer.
